Travel Teams
A little about us: We are a local travel team that spends the summer traveling to tournaments and playing lacrosse. We are based in Oakland County MI. Our approach to the game is to teach and reinforce fundamentals, improve our lacrosse I.Q. and to have fun while doing so. Our staff is made up of highly regarded players and coaches from around the Midwest.
Our current and recent staff members and coaches well known members of the lacrosse community. These are passionate and highly motivated players and coaches that are excited about teaching the game. Here are a few of the coaches for 2013.

Justin Tuma - Roanoke Midfielder- 2009 -10 All-American, team captain a 2010-11 - US Lacrosse pre-season player of the year

High School Elite
This team is designed for the best the COW$ have to offer, players will compete in exposure games at the top level of tournament play.
The team will be made up of 23 players to ensure playing time, a proper coach to player ratio, and the ability to compete

High School Select
These teams are designed for rising freshmen, sophomores and Juniors, players will compete in exposure games at this level.The team will be made up of 23 players to ensure playing time, a proper coach to player ratio, and the ability to compete

U-15
- U15 is for players born between 9/1/1997 and 8/31/1999
- Players that have played in High School (grades 9+) are ineligible for U15 play.
- The team will be made up of 23 players to ensure playing time, a proper coach to player ratio, and the ability to compete
- All players must be evaluated before being allowed to register for a team

- All players must be evaluated before being allowed to register for a team

- U11 is for players born between 9/1/2001 and 8/31/2003
- The team will be made up of 18-20 players to ensure playing time, a proper coach to player ratio, and the ability to compete.
- All players must be evaluated before being allowed to register for a team
